The Cork Wild Atlantic Way

Your tour hosts will be Finbar Healy and his son Gareth. Finbar is a retired Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Throughout a long career in construction he has enjoyed many wonderful experiences and worked on many unique and iconic projects along this coast.
Gareth is a Graduate of University College Cork with Majors in History & Geography. Finbar & Gareth will take you on a fascinating journey around the coastline of Cork, where you will imbibe the story that has made Ireland the Island nation that it is today.
The Cork Wild Atlantic Way is an affiliate of the Kerry Wild Atlantic Way that has successfully toured many excursions into Ireland. The Cork WAW will equal and compliment the Kerry WAW experiences for anyone who wants to revisit Ireland but to new experiences and locations.
The Kerry Wild Atlantic Way tour organizer and host is Mike Healy, a Graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, with a deep love and appreciation of all that Ireland has to offer to the discerning tourist. In addition to his passion for travel throughout Ireland, Mike is a professional genealogist, specializing in helping people around the world find their Irish ancestors’ origins and birthplaces in Ireland back to 1840. In providing his Irish genealogy services, Mike’s ultimate goals are to find, retrieve, and deliver to his clients their Irish ancestors’ official Irish government birth certificates and Irish church baptism certificates. Mike developed his interest and passion for Irish genealogy through the study of his own Irish family history, stimulated by lengthy Healy family history conversations and discussions with his relatives in Ireland. Mike Healy is a Certificate of Irish Heritage Affiliated Genealogist and Author/Photographer of “Irish Genealogy Tips, Techniques and Tales”, “Ireland Mosaic: A Photo Journey”, and “Pubs of Ireland” series eBooks in the following online bookstores www.amazon.com, www.bn.com, and the Apple iBookstore.
